We provide complete on-site repair service for all domestic gas appliances including gas cookers, range cookers, gas hobs, gas tumble dryers, and boilers.
Our mission is to serve our customers as quickly as possible all days throughout the week with friendly and fully trained technicians, visiting you on-site in Essex and certain adjoining Home Counties, South and South-East of Cambridgeshire, South of Suffolk and the Eastern side of Greater London.
We charge a small diagnostic fee of £40+VAT for every job we attend (for fridge freezers the diagnostic charge is £50+VAT), this charge covers the time and resources required for the engineer to find the fault.
Once the engineer has found the fault, he will inform you about your options:
If your appliance is beyond economical repair, you only pay for diagnostics ((£40+VAT)).
If your appliance can be repaired, the labour will cost only £50+VAT one off charge, excluding spare parts.
We are covered by Public Liability Insurance.
Warranty : Our repairs carry a 6 month spare parts and labour guarantee.
